Scheduling Appointments

It is easy and convenient to contact us for any appointment needs. This can be done at your convenience either through email or by phone. We are available to take care of any dental needs whether common or emergent. If you are a new patient and would like to come in for an initial consultation please contact us, we look forward to serving you and your family.

What If You Need To Cancel?

We are happy to reschedule your appointment and understand that sometimes an unavoidable scheduling conflict may arise. In order to better serve all of our patients we have a 24-hour notice requirement for any appointment you need to cancel. If you are unable to give us advanced notice of your appointment cancellation you may be charged a missed appointment fee. The fee is charged to you since we cannot schedule a new appointment in the event that you do not show up for your scheduled time, or you cancel with too short of notice. We appreciate your kind consideration of this important policy.

Payments

We understand the importance of affordable dental care and we have extensive experience with insurance needs. We are happy to evaluate your insurance coverage and help develop a financial plan you can afford according to your dental needs. If you or someone in your family will need a more extensive treatment we are happy to work out a payment plan with a well-defined long-term plan for you to consider. We can take payments from you as scheduled conveniently by credit card, cash or personal check.
