D’Nel Stucki – Office and Client Manager
I have lived in Tucson since 2010. My most recent work experience has been in the education technology field as an implementation coordinator and as a technical integration specialist. I enjoy working collaboratively with my teammates and hope to bring a fresh perspective as the office manager. My main focus is to ensure a wonderful patient experience from start to finish. In my spare time, I sing, watercolor, research genealogy and hang out with my adorable husband. I have three adult children and one son-in law; all of which bring immense joy to my life.
Makenna Rage – Treatment Coordinator
I was born and raised in Tucson. I went to school at Marana High School and graduated in 2019. I went to Arizona Sunset School of Dental and have been an assistant for 2 years, and now I am working as Treatment Coordinator. I dance on the Tucson Sugar Skulls and love to work out and be with my friends and family in my free time.
Maggie Cartie – Patient Services
Iโm originally from Virginia Beach and have lived in several states along the East Coast before settling in Tucson in 2020 with my husband, our three kids, and four dogs. I love being part of a caring, patient-focused team and enjoy helping make each visit a comfortable and positive experience. When Iโm not at work, I enjoy creating professional grade hand painted nails, spending time with my family, and relaxing with a good book. Iโve really come to love Tucsonโs sunshine and welcoming community, and Iโm grateful to call it home.
Crystal Baeza – Lead Dental Assistant
I have been a dental assistant for almost 20 years. I was born and raised in Tucson, but have lived in other parts of AZ as well. I have a teenager that enjoys playing many instruments and writing music. I love to spend time with my family, listen to music, read books, and watch a good show. I am very spontaneous and love to try new things. Life is an adventure if you allow it to be.

I have been a dental assistant at OVDA since 2016. I love my job, getting to know our patients and making them feel comfortable. I am from Mexico and have 2 boys that keep me busy.I enjoy my free time with my family, playing sports, eating some good food and traveling.

I grew up in Naperville, Illinois and graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelorโs in Dental Hygiene. I moved to Arizona in 2022. In my free time I like to spend time with my family, sing, explore, and ride ATVโs in the mountains. I enjoy being a hygienist because I love being able to help people!
